Welcome to Week 17 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge. This week, we’re moving on to the bathroom. It’s one of the most-used rooms in our homes, and it’s where we start and end our days so we can enjoy immediate benefits from our decluttering efforts.
We’ll start with an easy task by decluttering under the bathroom sink.

Welcome to week 15 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge. This week, we continue our living and family room clean-up by organizing and decluttering media—CDs, DVDs, records and even cassettes. If you have a large media collection, you’ll want to join in.
I’m a big fan of seasonal decorations. It’s always fun to brighten up the house with a few holiday-themed items.
But, like everything else we own, these items can easily accumulate and turn into clutter. A good declutter of my seasonal treasures is long overdue.

It’s week 13 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge. We’re one-quarter of the way through the challenge.
This week, we move on to our living areas. This includes some of the high-traffic areas of our homes like living rooms, dining rooms and family rooms. We’ll start with decluttering our living area table surfaces.
In week 12 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge, we wrap up our closet clear-out by sorting and decluttering a few miscellaneous accessories that we often overlook when we do a closet purge. Today’s task involves decluttering scarves, belts and jewellery. There’s a pretty good chance you’ve got a lot of these items taking up space in your home.
It’s week 11 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge. We’re almost at the end of our closet clear-out.
This week, we’re doing a purse and bag declutter. In addition to purses (handbags for my British readers), this week’s challenge includes other miscellaneous bags like backpacks, tote-bags, briefcases and even luggage.
The second Tuesday of March is Organize Your Home Office Day. I don’t know about you, but my home office always seems to be in need of a clean-up. This week in the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge, we’ll take a break from closet decluttering and clean up and organize our desktop clutter.
Believe it or not, we’ve made it to week 10 of the 52-Week Decluttering Challenge. That means we’re almost 20% of the way through the challenge. This week, we’ll take on something that is an obsession for many people. You guessed it! It’s time for the great shoe purge of 2021.
As we wrap up the second month of our 52-Week Decluttering Challenge, we’re coming to the end of our clothing declutter. This week, we’re looking at blazers, cardigans and suits.
