Eight tips for efficient cleaning – Business Rules For Life
Not being a domestic goddess, when I saw the opening words of this post “I hate cleaning”, I knew I had to keep reading. Charlie provides some tips to make this necessary task quicker and easier.
I hate cleaning. It feels like a waste of time because you can never really ‘get ahead’ or build on anything. Things will always get dirty again, and it’s a constant battle against the dust and grime.

Tough love – Micro of the Macro
In this insightful post, Lisa provides an urgent call to action regarding climate change. Complacency is killing us! The time to act is now.

This is astonishing: 7 life examples of toxic positivity – The Wellbeing Blogger
We all know them—people who insist on constant positivity and refuse to allow any negativity in their lives. In this post, Vanessa provides an important reminder of why we need to feel free to express negative emotions. She also cites seven examples of toxic positivity—and I sheepishly admit to saying all of them at some point.
Despite their importance for well-being, forcing positive emotions is unhealthy. It is a way to silence, deny, or ignore negative emotions. These play a role too in our well-being journey.
