October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This month’s Throwback Thursday posts will feature some of the pieces I’ve written based on my personal experience with breast cancer. Today’s post from 2020 looks at the benefits of a daily dose of exercise.

We often think of exercise as preventative medicine. It’s true—a daily dose of exercise can reduce the risk of some forms of cancer. For those diagnosed with cancer, it can also improve recovery and prevent recurrence. Read this post to learn more.
